I sign in on my messenger and then click to check my email and when it come up a box comes up and says You have been signed out because You have been signed in on another computer or device thought it was a virus at first changed my password and all but that is not it
My email shuts my messenger down when i check my mail?
maybe you need a computer person that checks computer and maybe he can fix it for you or someone else has logged on onto your e-mail account
