If you can find the IP address/location, make a
complaint to concerned area Police with all details.

Open the email. Click full headers at bottom.
Find the IP address and Originating ISP.
Complain to Yahoo and concerned ISP.
Reply:You can't. It has to be reported to Yahoo abuse and they will pursue it. They won't inform you of any details though.
Reply:I'm not sure.
