Once I sign into messenger I ususlly get alert that I have email. SO I click on link there and go to email. After reading or deleting email I sign out of Yahoomail, I close window and lo and behold the "alert" on messenger is still there no matter how many times I check email.
Email alert will not go away after clicking link on messenger to go to mail.?
Yahoo says this is a glitch and will clear on it's own. Many of us have the same issue. I have a high count for only 5 in the inbox.
