I have attempted to install Messenger, I received an error:
Download of file has been cancelled or interrupted - 404 Not Found, Retry did nohing, I aborted. Uninstalled the failed install-rebooted and tried again. I got the same error and had to abort. I turned off my Firewall on the second attempt.
What do I do?

Reply:Turn off whatever security you can on the computer and try again.
