I have emails in this account that are from my brother while he was in Iraq. And since he has returned home he has been in a accident and has passed away and there are some very special emails in it I want to remember and now I can't get to them. Is there anything that Yahoo can do to get it where I can log back into the account that I had?
Why can't i get in my yahoo email and messenger accounts it will not accept my password?
If the account will not accept yout password then the password you are typing is incorrect.you can click on "forgot yout password" and try and recover the ID..........but if you do not have the personal info needed to recover the ID then im afraid the ID/account is lost
Reply:sometimes you have to sign in to something else like yahoo page , if that dont work change your password

Reply:Hi I have that problem myself. I called yahoo security yesurday to ask some questions on how to fix messenger and mail. I couldnt log on to messenger or my email. He got me in my email but I couldnt send anything out. Call them thats what I suggest you do.I'm sure that you want your emails ,they are very special to you. Best of luck, I know that yahoo is haveing problems.
