Doesn't make any difference where the text message originates. If your cell service charges for text message then there is a charge. The sender is also charged if his service charges him for text messages, no matter where it comes from.
Simple solution is to pay for unlimited text, T-Mobile doesn't charge much.
Reply:that would depend on your cell plan, but since you are using the web service it probably would cost a fee.
