few days ago, i deleted my old account and created a new, my old account i had no problems. i went to preference and set up the alerts. matter of fact i did it few times, but it's still not working. any suggestions anyone?
Having problems with getting my email alerts from my messenger?

Reply:same here.........sorry.......i emailed to yahoo for help but one of my account is getting emails with alerts and for the current one i always have to check through my messenger.

Reply:Im having the same problem so I had a chat with a Yahoo tech person last week. He says its a Yahoo issue and they r working to fix it. As of today it still isnt fixed. He said they dont know how long it will take. GL!
