1. Make sure you have the new Yahoo! Mail (download not required).
2. Click Contacts.
3. Choose a person to talk with. Click the yellow smiley face button next to that contact after choosing.
4. Type a message and click Send (You can check your email at the same time. Just click "Home" and check mail from there. You do not need to download this. To talk again, click the tab (same browser) with the contact's name).

u can acces yr email account by answering the secret question

i think you can get in there again if you answer a security question that you chose when you first signed up to yahoo.. hope this helps

Try to recover your account by going to "forgot your password" , if this does not work , all original info has be changed and although yahoo says it recognises original info, THEY DO NOT, as once the thief changes the ZIP and
primary email the recovery process anywhere though yahoo is useless.
or you may have had an "easy" password, that is, one that can easily be cracked
Some will suggest you lock up the ID by multiple sign ins, this is useless as the
thief can still get the ID in on another countries server

EVEN IF IT IS A YAHOO SIGN IN PAGE, ALWAYS ENTER YAHOO THROUGH

I have an email with gmail and want to load yahoo messenger do i need a yahoo email or can i use gmail?
I want to know If i am able to use my gmail when loading yahoo messenger. I don't want to have to set up a yahoo email because i wont use it. Is there any way that can be done. If yes please let me know how to make a yahoo id with out making a yahoo email account.

if you select 'view header' in your email it reveals more details as far as origination of the message, route, etc, also, they can reverse look up and find your isp

If you forge the return address on an email, then generally speaking it can be traced to your computer by looking at when you were online and what IP address your ISP allocated you at that time. However it's probably only law enforcement that will be given this information by your ISP. (This is why spam is so hard to combat, of course).
Messenger services, such as AIM or ICQ are traceable the same way, even if you're using someone else's account. If you're using your own account, of course, it is immediately traceable to you.

Amazingly often you will get a reply. It is comparatively easy to find out which company you are dealing with. Just cut off the first set of digits from the Official Name (L-Red_10.), add www and type it into your browser. You will see, that www.jmk.su.se is the journalism department of the University of Stockholm.
