URGENT!! How do I delete my email address from the drop-down list in Windows Messenger?

With every sign-in, the email address remains in the drop-down list. How many email addresses can be listed there? Will the older ones just disappear? Please help me. I need this pronto!! Thankyou very, very, very much :~)
