My email and messenger are not letting me acces it. It tells me that I have the incorrect id or password. I have not changed anything, How can I fix this problem

first make sure your caps lock is not on unless you used it to create your info if that does not work contact the provider of the service that is in question. good luck. i hope this works!!

Ive been trying to log on to my messenger and email and it tells me word verification and it doesnt log me in!
I was logged on my sisters computer and then I disconnected and logged on in mine and i cant even sign in in my messenger or email. It says word verification, I have to type my user name, password and write a code they provide me with and even like that I cant log in. Does that mean someone stole my id? how do i know and how do i get it back? thanks alot!

your yahoo account could be deactivated or someone stolen it
you can get it back if you still remeber your account infor like b-day %26amp; zip code %26amp; secret answer , these infor you entered when you registering a yahoo ID ,
try to request new password ,

I tried to sign in and it kept coming up with new user and invalid password. So it let me reset the password. then wouldnt accept the new one. So now it wont let me reset. keeps telling me that i need to use correct info on my account. What the heck do you do now??????? I have no way to access my mail , messenger...

Reply:I had the same problem. Yahoo was no help, you keep getting automated responses that take you back to the reset password questions, which don't work.
I figure I got hacked, and the hacker changed my password and at the same time changed the reset questions.
I finally gave up and made a new account.

Reply:Yahoo has a specialist feature if by chance you cant log in or cant change the pass code,,the system locks the account for 24 hours,,in some cases it is possible someone else tried to access your account and yahoo was smart to lock it down for your safety
Reply:This is happening to thousands of people all over the past few days, Yahoo is fixing the servers, it`ll be ok in a few hrs, mine took about 3 hours to come back on, just try and get your password right and give it time

But if you have no problems logging in at that website then there's a problem with the pc. The same thing happened to me and it turned out that it was so simple - my daughter had changed the date on my computer clock and messenger wouldn't log on because my antivirus thought it was out of date.
Also make sure your capslock isnt on - passwords are case sensitive. Or you haven't used your Hotmail or MSN e-mail address for a long time, it may be deactivated.
Also another problem could be that you need to make sure that you have configured your browser to allow cookies (A small text file, created by a website, that stores information on your computer. For example, your preferences when visiting those sites.) .Go to your internet browser to 'tools' then 'options' and check it there.
